Have you been starting your day with a quick healthy fix? I have and I feel great! Smoothies are a delicious, easy way to sneak vegetables in to your diet. I like this “Health Kick” smoothie especially if I feel allergies or a cold coming on. The cayenne usually power kicks my symptoms in 24-48 hours. Hi-yah!
In a blender mix:
1 cucumber
1 clementine (or orange, your choice)
1 celery stalk
1 cup water
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
(1/4 tsp cayenne–optional)
(3 large basil leaves–optional)
